Leading research building in the Amsterdam Science Park

Matrix VI is a leading sustainable laboratory building in the Amsterdam Science Park. The building is characterized by a flexible floor plan and a sustainable atmosphere in which sunlight and light are organized in a smart and high-quality manner. The facade both makesĀ  use of sunlight wherever possible, and insulates against it where necessary.

Development and realization Matrix VI

Matrix VI marked a new beginning for the ambitions of the Amsterdam Science Park, and was after its completion almost 100% leased to companies active in the fields of technology, chemistry, and the life sciences. STONE22 has played a key role in both the preliminary phase and the development of Matrix VI. In addition, STONE22 held a management position within Matrix Innovation Center. After a successful ERDF grant application and additional funding, construction finally began in 2011.
