High end laboratory in the field of DNA research

 

BaseClear is located in the Leiden Bio Sciencepark, and is an independent laboratory in the field of DNA research. The goal was to create a future-proof building with an inspiring work environment. The result is a transparent, light, and inviting building with space for meetings and startups. The laboratory is the first research building in the Leiden Bio  Science Park to achieve a BREAAM certification of ‘excellent’.

Development and Realisation of BaseClear

From the laboratory in the Leiden Bio Science Park, BaseClear hosts an enthusiastic team in the development of DNA technology. This technology is applied in research for customers worldwide. In close cooperation with BaseClear and the architectural firm Popma & ter Steege, STONE22 developed, realised, and delivered the laboratory ready to “plug and play” in a short period of time.
