Operation of the striking business center, PanamaPaar

The PanamaPaar consists of two striking buildings standing on both sides of Panama Avenue. This industrial style business center offers space to approximately 80 entrepreneurs. PanamaPaar was designed by Dedato Europe B.V. Each building has a surface area of approximately 2,500 m2, a private roof terrace of approximately 40 m2, a spacious main entrance, and a parking garage.

The Role of STONE22

Since 2014, STONE22 has been operating these buildings on behalf of the Stadgenoot housing association in a commercial, technical/facilitative, and financial capacity. The buildings are part of a larger portfolio, De Amsterdamse Compagnie, and comprise a total of 20,000 m2 GLA spread across Amsterdam.
