On the TU Delft Campus, STONE22 Development B.V. is developing and realizing the accelerator building, NEXT Delft. The building will provide housing and facilities for scale-ups of Yes! Delft, the start-up ecosystem of the campus, as well as other innovative companies that wish to establish themselves on campus.
The building has a gross floorspace of approximately 11,000 m2, and offers both office and manufacturing space for innovative companies that fit within the TU Delft target group. In addition, the building will form a unique hub within the TU Delft Campus ecosystem. With various ‘meet & greet’ facilities, such as a meeting center, co-working space, community space, and restaurants, the building offers every opportunity for meetings, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.
