The Matrix VII agreement is a fact, and has been brought to fruition through constructive and transparent collaboration between the client and the design team consisting of Ector Hoogstad Architects, Deerns, Imd, and Stevens van Dijck. The construction company, Matrix VII, formed by Züblin Nederland and Croonwolter&dros, is quickening its pace to deliver the project by the summer of 2018. Oostelbos van den Berg is managing the construction project; STONE22 is acting as delegated developer and director on behalf of Matrix Innovation Center NV.
