Shopping mall where healthcare takes center stage
The uniqueness of Zorgboulevard Rotterdam (Medimall) is that it was developed together with all of the chain partners in the healthcare sector. This has resulted in innovative, affordable, and comprehensive healthcare services organized around the idea of one-stop-shopping: a wide range of healthcare services at one location, including a maternity hotel, a care hotel, a psychiatric center, and a central general practitioners office.
Development and realization Medimall
STONE22 managed Zorgboulevard Rotterdam BV on a temporary basis, and supervised the commercial task force responsible for the initial leasing. In close cooperation with Vestia and VitaalZorgVast, it was possible to secure a sufficient number of rental contracts in a short space of time. As a result, the construction of the Medimall began on schedule and ran synchronously with the inauguration of the Maasstad Hospital.
