The Bell: Integrated property management
The housing corporation, Stadgenoot, offers office suites on the Sarphatistraat in Amsterdam. The Bell is a stately and monumental building dating from 1870, with stylishly renovated office spaces and a focus on service and sustainability.
The Role of STONE22
In 2014, STONE22 assumed responsibility for the operating activities of Stadgenoot. STONE22 has since then been responsible for the integrated property management, and tenant services have been thoroughly updated and optimized. We find personal contact important, and are therefore available on a daily basis for our tenants. We believe in the power of communication and engage in rigorous and proactive property management.
